If you have a camera that is not currently supported please send us the make and model of your specific camera. It would also be very helpful if you could provide us with a sample image taken with your camera. Feel free to email your camera information and a sample image to techsup@jasc.com. Note: There is a 10MB file attachment limit. If your file is larger than 10MB try to compress the file with WinZip or a similar Zip utility. If the file is still too large send just your make and model and let us know the file size of the image. We will try to make an alternate option to obtain the file from you if possible. Hopefully we will be able to implement support for your camera in a future program update. Man erhält eine automatisch generierte eMail mit dem Hinweis, daß diese eMail-Adresse nicht mehr genutzt wird. Wenn man Fragen hat, soll man sich bei der Support-Seite registrieren und dort über ein Online-Formular seine Fragen stellen oder so ähnlich. Nach der Übernahme von Jasc durch Corel sieht es für die Zukunft von PSP meiner Meinung nach nicht so gut aus. Corel ist schließlich auch als Spezialist dafür bekannt, Firmen aufzukaufen, große Tö¶ne zu spucken und dann doch alles langsam sterben zu lassen. Schade.
